Becky was our server she’s 10/10. Came so often to check up on us. Even offer to take a picture at the back door she was spectacular she’s a keeper!! The food was average. I expected a steakhouse to be 10 out of 10, but our steaks were dry and no flavor, we ordered crispy calamari as a appetizer and It was a bit oily. We also got a mac & cheese on the side but It wasn’t so cheesy more watery side but at least it was better than the steak we got. I don’t think I’ll come back or recommend anybody, but at least it was worth it a try.

I have had much better steak elsewhere. My gilet mignon had no flavor. I think they gave me grass fed instead of regular without asking me which I preferred. Was told the sides were enough to share with 4 people and they were not. Calamari appetizer quantity was also a single portion. The view was spectacular and we were seated at a very nice table.

Came to celebrate a birthday and was greeted with a personalized card . Jeff and his assistant Aliyah were spot on and attentive . Very knowledgeable server- polite and gracious. We each had the tasting menu and shared a bottle of Oregon Pinot Noir. The food was timed very well and was very tasty. I highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion . The experience here will not disappoint. Kudos Jeff to a wonderful celebration at J&G.

Service was slow. Drinks were weak. Rolls seemed to be a day old not soft and warm more firm and cold. Food was okay. The restaurant was beautifully decorated for the holidays but other than the ambiance they totally missed the mark with their food and service this time around.

Our experience at J&G Steakhouse was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were treated with top-notch hospitality. Becky, our server, was not only attentive but also kind, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable, making the evening even more enjoyable. The food? Absolutely unforgettable. The heirloom salad and tuna tartare were standout dishes—I can’t stop thinking about them, especially the incredible Russian dressing. The steaks were cooked to absolute perfection, and the sticky toffee pudding we had for dessert was the perfect sweet ending to a phenomenal meal. We were so impressed that we’ve already planned to return during our stay. J&G Steakhouse is truly a must-visit!
