Our mission? Great people helping other great people totally have a blast while enjoying amazing food. Wow, that was a mouthful. But can you blame us? We’re a restaurant. One that specializes in delicious food and great times. Our goal is to make you laugh. And depending on your hot sauce tolerance, cry.

In all seriousness, we take real pride in our food. Try our Cluckin’ Fresh Chicken Fingers, made and seasoned with fresh, never frozen chicken tenders. This isn’t run-of-the-mill pub grub. Our Band of Chefs are influenced by a wide variety of tastes and have travelled across the globe to gain inspiration.

But outside of the kitchen, we find it hard to take ourselves seriously. We have an Elvis booth. For no particular reason. Folks, that really does say it all. We’re sports fanatics, music nuts and love a good joke. If you’re into at least one of those things, we should hang out.

I ordered the Asian Wonton nachos and they were excellent. I would highly recommend. It was enough for a meal for one.

Hands down the best bruschetta.. I often take my grandma there and we get it every time. Great staff too, always make us feel welcome.

With the intervention of covid we are only beginning to return to the restaurant scene and so far Jack Astor's has fared best of all. The thing that was most impressive was the quality of the food. That is key in our rating system. The service was great and we were able to carry on a conversation. We will return.

Jacks was great, came here for a family dinner while visiting London from Toronto the staff was terrific, D was a sweetheart. One of our dishes had an issue, the chicken was a burnt, it’s supposed to be charred a bit but it was overly charred and so we told the server and her and the manager were so sweet brought us a new dish and discounted the dish plus gave us an extra 15% off. They were terrific and handle it well. Definitely will be coming back!

Very cool for Christmas but stimulation overload with all of the lights, multiple tvs and noise.

Good food and festive atmosphere, as usual. We drove an hour to take our kids for lunch there that day (London South). Couple of issues, the large TVs really need to be fixed (lot of picture freezing). But the main negative issue however, was the hostess insisting on seating us and the kids in a remote corner of the restaurant, by the bathrooms/main entrance with no TVs for the kids to watch, while half the place was actually empty at a slow time of the day between lunch and dinner! We didn't understand why the attitude was so awful and rude for simply asking for another location. It was very strange and tainted the whole experience! We almost left the place. Being a long-time Jack's customer, I hope this was a glitch as the place is nice and our waitress was awesome too.
