Our mission? Great people helping other great people totally have a blast while enjoying amazing food. Wow, that was a mouthful. But can you blame us? We’re a restaurant. One that specializes in delicious food and great times. Our goal is to make you laugh. And depending on your hot sauce tolerance, cry.

In all seriousness, we take real pride in our food. Try our Cluckin’ Fresh Chicken Fingers, made and seasoned with fresh, never frozen chicken tenders. This isn’t run-of-the-mill pub grub. Our Band of Chefs are influenced by a wide variety of tastes and have travelled across the globe to gain inspiration.

But outside of the kitchen, we find it hard to take ourselves seriously. We have an Elvis booth. For no particular reason. Folks, that really does say it all. We’re sports fanatics, music nuts and love a good joke. If you’re into at least one of those things, we should hang out.

The best! I am a semi regular and it is great to be recongized each time I come with friends, Great service and food. Amazing patio!

Most horrible customer service our waiter was non existent. After sitting for 30 minutes at our table with no service I requested a waiter to locate our server. once he came over he didn’t acknowledge his error, took our order picked up my empty glass and left. Didn’t ask if I wanted another drink or if we wanted water brought to our table. Food arrived we were not given plates or cutlery again after 10 minutes waiting to see if he would bring over plates and cutlery I flagged our waiter over, he said for me to wait and proceeded to continue his conversation with coworker. I asked for the manager, after explaining to her our situation she apologized replaced our server with another person. I can honestly say this location customer service was the worst I’ve ever encountered. Lack of engagement from wait staff, Definitely won’t return to the Jacks!!!

Jack Astor's is a good go-to place for people in the area. They do have a nice rooftop patio with misting machines which is perfect in the summer time. The server could have been a bit more attentive, my FIL wanted some salt and pepper but by the time she came around he was almost halfway done so he didn't bother. I also ordered a sauvignon blanc and both times they were 86 but the server didn't know until after. Would have been nice if management ensured that staff knew everything that was 86'd that night shift. The food was decent- the table ordered the bacon cheeseburger, asiago bow tie pasta, chicken truffle linguini, and I had the miso salmon bowl. They were all good portions and filling. Overall we'd still be back for a casual night out.

Noise level was unbearable. Server was clueless. Parking non-existent. Was embarrassed I suggested it

It's a good bar and grill place to visit. Food was good and came out fairly quickly.

Good service and food but, too noisy. I appreciate they want to have the hockey game playing but, there we couldn't even converse. There should be a sports free area where people can just enjoy the food and company without the additional noise.

Great server. Food was mediocre, portion very small for an $18 Fiesta salad with no protein. Mostly romaine lettuce and less than a teaspoon of black beans
