   We have been coming to Jake’s the last 10 years each time we come to Palm Springs for the tennis tournament . It is great to see the expansion of the area, more room for patrons like us. This year my husband and I came without our usual group. We were seated 15min after our reservation at 130pm. We were served our food 30 minutes after we ordered. We thought that took long for a sandwich and a salad. Food is great that is why we keep on coming back but we didn’t feel we had a better serving this year.

   Awesome drinks, food, and service but we had to wait an hour before our food arrived. I’ve worked in a few restaurants before and think it’s best to let customers know if it’s going to be awhile or there’s a backup in the kitchen.

   We have been going to Jake’s for years and continue to love it. It is such a happy environment to dine in. We love the ambiance and the outdoor spaces. The food is always great.

   We had an absolutely delicious lunch!! The space was lovely and fun. The food extremely fresh and creative. The servers were friendly and helpful. Wish I lived in Palm Springs!!

   We enjoyed the atmosphere. The service was very good. A few in our party didn’t love the entrees but we thoroughly enjoyed the apps. We love the upscale casual vibe.

    First time back. Drinks continue to be stellar, ambiance is lovely, cakes stupendous, service accommodating, food disappointing. Two of us had wedge + steak….meat was cold.Same with chicken piccata.
