   The General Tsao Cauliflower is the bomb. I could probably live off that for several months. Beautiful place-a bit noisy. All our meals were very flavorful and well prepared. I’m a Ceasar Salad connoisseur and it was top rate with the anchovies. Very busy on a Saturday night.

   I love dining at Jake’s. The service is excellent and the entrees are spot on. I am underwhelmed with the appetizer and salad portions for the price paid. Next visit it is entree and then cake for me.

   We were seated in a room that was off the entrance and after the next table left we were he only ones Unfortunately I don’t think anyone was assigned to be our server so we sat a long time and after finally getting our orders, the server disappeared and was not around. I guess there wasn’t enough help.

   Excellent service - friendly and helpful. My first time at Jake’s. Food was tasty I got the BLTA - potato chips were the accompaniment and not notable but I’m Not a fan of- I should have asked if there was another option. The sandwich was so filling I didn’t need anything else. Our table of 6 shared one piece of the lemon cake and it was great. Don’t miss the display of the amazing cakes before you sit down to eat.

   Slow service, overcooked fish, no atmosphere on the back patio, which feels like you’re being put at the children’s table. I will not return to the restaurant.

   Wonderful dinner in the lanai area on a chilly night… heaters created a warm space. Sea bass, sole, salmon and pad Thai wonderful! Ricardo was an excellent host and guiding light on food and dessert!! Can’t wait to go back!!

    really busy. we waited 20 minutes for our reservation. food great, service superb. new space very spare and not particularly inviting. glad to have eaten there.
