Situated on the Las Vegas Strip in the Aria Hotel & Casino, Javier's offers upscale, authentic Mexican cuisine in a contemporary setting. Its interior décor has sophisticated styling that features metal sculptures, a rope ceiling around the bar area and a chainsaw-carved sculpture. Javier's provides an exciting ambiance that is ideal for hanging out with friends for lunch or dinner. Guests can dine on such dishes as shrimp ceviche or taquitos as an appetizer, dungeness crab enchiladas as an entrée and delicate guava cheesecake topped with whipped cream for dessert. We eat here each time we visit Vegas. Food was warm not hot. Took longer than usual to arrive. Server was ok but should have checked drinks and updated us on wait time. Never waited this long before. Prices are increasing and no rice and beans? What is up with that! Sorry to say may not go back. Super disappointed

Excellent food quality and presentation. It could use a bit more spice. Our guacamole and ceviche were both a bit “Gringo-ized” on the hot factor. Past visits had more jalapeños in the ceviche, which would have been ideal. Fajitas were excellent!

Food and service are fabulous! Being near the casino, the bar can be a little obnoxious and loud, but the service makes up for it. Great bartenders. Great Margs. Great food!

Food was horrible. Had to ask for the bill 3 times before they actually would give it to us. Dark and nosy and felt like you were sitting with your neighbor.

This place is a good place to come in and experience. The food was good good quality overall everything was great except that when I made reservations, I had put it with my wife’s birthday. As it ask if there was any special occasion when I arrive there towards the end, I thought maybe Javier Was going to come out with a cake or a little cupcake or something to acknowledge my wife’s birthday and in the end, all we got was the bill. I am a biased person so I do believe maybe there were some miscommunication or perhaps a mistake made that was the only downfall or my complaint about this place.
