Situated on the Las Vegas Strip in the Aria Hotel & Casino, Javier's offers upscale, authentic Mexican cuisine in a contemporary setting. Its interior décor has sophisticated styling that features metal sculptures, a rope ceiling around the bar area and a chainsaw-carved sculpture. Javier's provides an exciting ambiance that is ideal for hanging out with friends for lunch or dinner. Guests can dine on such dishes as shrimp ceviche or taquitos as an appetizer, dungeness crab enchiladas as an entrée and delicate guava cheesecake topped with whipped cream for dessert. The restaurant also serves salads and grilled steak. Vegetarian and Vegan dishes also available. This Javier's location opened its doors in 2012 and has various positive reviews in the Las Vegas Sun and other publications. We love Javier’s in Vegas. We have it in LA but this location is 100% the best. The food and drinks are always good.

Great service, food and they have my favorite OTACA Tequila. Moses and his team provide that next level of service and menu knowledge.

Javier’s is always incredible. Our steaks were cooked to perfection, the margs were out of this world, and Luis, our server, was extremely kind and attentive. Only one complaint, both my shrimp and my husband’s lobster were slightly overcooked. But everything else was the best!

The restaurant is very dark, we were there for lunch. Music was bit loud hard to have a conversation. Food and service excellent!

We come to Javier’s every time we are in Vegas. This time it was terrible. The service was not great. We were sat in a corner and forgotten about. No drink refills and we had to flag people down every time. The food took forever to Come out and then when we asked for the check we waiting for a very long time for the waiter to come back. I am extremely disappointed and I don’t think I’ll be coming back.
