Situated on the Las Vegas Strip in the Aria Hotel & Casino, Javier's offers upscale, authentic Mexican cuisine in a contemporary setting. Its interior décor has sophisticated styling that features metal sculptures, a rope ceiling around the bar area and a chainsaw-carved sculpture. Javier's provides an exciting ambiance that is ideal for hanging out with friends for lunch or dinner. Guests can dine on such dishes as shrimp ceviche or taquitos as an appetizer, dungeness crab enchiladas as an entrée and delicate guava cheesecake topped with whipped cream for dessert. The restaurant also serves salads and grilled steak. Vegetarian and Vegan dishes also available. Our server, Orlando, provided outstanding customer service—he was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. I ordered the Agua Chiles Rojos, and let me just say, they were the best I’ve ever had—so fresh, flavorful, and with the perfect kick of heat. I also tried the carnitas, and they were absolutely amazing—tender, juicy, and full of authentic flavor. The handmade tortillas were the cherry on top! Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for delicious food and top-notch service.
