Situated on the Las Vegas Strip in the Aria Hotel & Casino, Javier's offers upscale, authentic Mexican cuisine in a contemporary setting. Its interior décor has sophisticated styling that features metal sculptures, a rope ceiling around the bar area and a chainsaw-carved sculpture. Javier's provides an exciting ambiance that is ideal for hanging out with friends for lunch or dinner. Guests can dine on such dishes as shrimp ceviche or taquitos as an appetizer, dungeness crab enchiladas as an entrée and delicate guava cheesecake topped with whipped cream for dessert. The restaurant also serves salads and grilled steak. Vegetarian and Vegan dishes also available.     Great food and service was top notch. Very overpriced. I get it, it’s Vegas, but it is double the price of any other great Mexican restaurant. In addition, the least expensive thing to make, beans and rice, are not included in the meal.

    We had a great dinner at Javier’s. The food was upscale and very tasty. They have a good mix of options on the menu as well (vegetarian options). Excellent Margarita’s as well. The service was also very good, friendly and attentive.

    We decided last minute to make this our arrival lunch on day 1 and it did not disappoint. We are big Mexican food lovers from Texas and everything was insanely good. The chips & salsa was some of the best we've ever had and the seafood enchiladas were all fantastic, with the lobster being the highlight. Great margaritas & great service as well, all around amazing experience to kick off my 40th birthday Vegas trip!
