   Our experience at JOEY Bentall One was legitimately perfect. As a newly engaged couple we could not have imagined a better menu and service for our engagement dinner with our families. Everyone LOVED their food, which was remarkable because we had a larger party with a variety of ages and tastes. The managerial staff was very friendly and helpful in getting our party seated in a comfortable spot for 8 people. Furthermore, our server, Megan C., was SENSATIONAL! Such a friendly, warm, energetic, and patient soul, who was able to patiently accommodate everyone’s needs, and did more than her part to celebrate our engagement alongside us. Legitimately, we could not have asked for more from Megan, and all of JOEY’s kitchen staff and management. We will definitely be back, and we’re so happy we celebrated our engagement with y’all!

   We had a terrible experience for my birthday dinner at Joeys Bentall location. Food was good, but the service was terrible. Our server took our order and once the food was brought out we never saw her again. We were done eating our food and were waiting for a couple other items, but we hadn’t seen our server in about 25mins. We needed drink refills that we never got. We had to ask another server to find our server, who also said that she was unable to locate her. 10 mins after this our server finally came to our table. We had placed an order for 2 happy hour menu items 10 Mins prior to happy hour starting and when we asked her about these items she stated “oh I forgot to put those in” we then told Her to just not put in the order as we were behind frustrated with her at this point and her response was “oh okay” Zero customer service. After this we asked for a cake as we were celebrating a birthday and our bill right after. After this it still took her 10 mins to clear our table, we even had to give her a reminder. Overall, we had a terrible experience with service. The server was Ella G, per our receipt. Its okay if you’re having a bad day or something, but if you work in the field of customer service it is important to learn how to manage those feelings and still complete your job or know when it’s appropriate to ask your manager for help.

   This is the absolute best restaurant experience I have ever had! Everything was spot on, service, food, the atmosphere. It was all outstanding! I will definitely be back here next time I am downtown.

   Hostesses were great! Loved the welcome bubbly . They even gave us a free dessert after dinner . Would definitely recommend .

    I had a filet mignon, medium rare, and it was fantastic! It pretty much melted in my mouth. Great ambiance, but noisy.
