The lively atmosphere is amplified by our famous Irish Happenings and live performances, making it the go-to destination for anyone looking to enjoy a fantastic night out on the town.

Nestled on Miracle Mile in Miami, JohnMartin’s is a quintessential Irish pub/restaurant and watering hole founded in 1989 by John Clarke and Martin Lynch. Breakwater Hospitality Group‘s Emi Guerra and Alex Mantecon, in partnership with Erick Passo, owner of Downtown’s Black Market Miami, renovated and reopened the storied eatery in fall 2022.

Very nice place. Steak and burger was great! Loved the spinach cream sauce with potatoes and steak cooked to perfection! Burger too!

Wow, what a transformation! I hadn’t been to John Martin’s in years, and I was blown away by the changes. The place has undergone a stunning renovation, with a fresh, modern aesthetic that still keeps its warm, welcoming vibe. The updated menu is just as impressive—full of new, creative offerings while keeping some classics. In particular, the Mini Pork Osso Bucco was the standout of the night! The fried pork shanks with the orange chili glaze were absolutely divine. The flavors were bold and perfectly balanced. The renovation has truly elevated the whole dining experience, and the updated menu reflects the same level of care and thoughtfulness. A special shoutout to Kasey, our waitress—she was phenomenal! Attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was just right. John Martin’s has reinvented itself beautifully. If, like me, you haven’t been in years, you owe it to yourself to come back. Fantastic food, drinks, and service—I’ll definitely be returning soon!

Loved the food and service. The staff and owner were kind and attentive to make sure our food was to our liking. The outdoor seating is just the ambience for my party and I and we loved and how beautifully they decorated for the holiday season. If you’re looking for something with lovely ambience and great food this is the spot in coral gables!

No Guiness. Short staffed. Did I mention no Guiness? Food was good. But there was no Guiness.

Very festive and lively for Christmas ! Food was very good but service was extremely slow. And since it is a bar and they have a DJ - it’s quite loud .. not for a dinner conversation.

John Martin is a classic Coral gables restaurant you go and have the fantastic holiday drinks enjoy some great Irish food surrounded by an authentic Irish pub atmosphere service is great food is great always a go-to spot when in the gables

Food was mediocre at best and the service was very slow and poor even though restaurant was not even half full. Would not go back.
