We’re coming here for the Mother’s Day brunch for the second year in a row and never regret! Amazing food, atmosphere, ambience. The view of the Rosseau lake is just the best. Fresh roast and hot smores are amazing!

The view was phenomenal. The table wasn’t clean. There were crumbs all over the bench seating and the tables. We checked each booth we wanted to sit at and none of the seats were clean. Some were even stained dirty. The lovely, tall windows overlooking the lake were clean, however, the cobwebs had no business in a five-star resort!

We are repeat clients but feel the service and quality has gone down hill.

I stayed this resort for three days and two nights over the Thanksgiving holiday. I enjoyed my trip while I was staying. It was breathtaking to see a beautiful landscape in the resort. I had such a good time watching turn leaves colour changing, walking, riding a bike, etc. However, there are two things that I didn't like or want the resort to be improved. First, it was hard to believe to see many flies in my room. I killed them more than ten flies found on the floor, walls and behind curtains. This can be an insanity issue. Second, I wish they have some gluten-free or dairy-free milk in the cafeteria or the restaurant. I had morning and dinner buffet; I couldn't find any of them. The resort is the upscale hotel; they should have provided more options for the people who do not tolerate or sensitive about gluten or dairy foods. Overall, I had a wonderful time with my family!

Prime rib buffet on Friday evening for my father's 80th birthday celebration. The service was excellent, food was well prepared and the quality and value for money were terrific. WHAT A VIEW! We will most certainly make a point of visiting annually. Everyone we encountered was courteous and friendly! Great job by all!

The food is a bit overpriced and the buffet doesn't have great selection. The staff were amazing though, catering to specific food restrictions. I would go again mostly because of the service

Food was bland, never been to a buffet with so little options to choose from. No servers offered water until 30 minutes later.
