   Celebrated bday tonite with family and it was ruined by our waiter. I forgot his name but he was not friendly at all and rather rude. Didn’t welcome our group at all and didn’t ask if it’s our first time at the restaurant. Although we mentioned we’re celebrating a birthday on the reservation, it wasn’t mentioned at all. Didn’t have a problem with the food but the service and attitude of the server ruined our night especially my bday. Not once did the waiter ask us how we’re doing and how the food was. I don’t know if other people has a problem with this guy ‘cuz he doesn’t deserve to work at a nice rest. He needs education in good manners and conduct

   View is nice. Service very good. The music choice horrible unless you’re in a bar. Loud & not conducive to relaxing & eating. The food is very good S well as the cocktails. The music is a deal breaker.

   The food was excellent and the people were very nice. The only concern we had were the selection of music. The music was sound was a very fast beat during dinner time. We both think the restaurant music should be slower during dinner time and not dancing music.

   Our waiter Diego was great. The only issue we have coming here is every time we come they are always out of the prime rib and the waiter always seems to forget they are out so 3 times we came they were out and 3 different waiters had us order then came back 10 min later to say they were out. Just a huge bummer. I understand they run out but when people that were seated after us seems to get the prime rib just puzzles me. Yes we’re only 2 people maybe if we come with a larger party we’ll get the same service as they do. Not sure!

   Kincaid’s offers a great dining experience with stunning bay views. The menu features quality seafood and steak options, with standout dishes like prime rib and lobster bisque. Service is excellent, and the ambiance is inviting. I had the 7oz filet medium rare—cooked perfectly. The martini was fantastic, and I closed with a well-portioned affogato. Overall, a great meal in a beautiful setting.

   We dine at Kincaids every time we fly out of SFO. Our server was fabulous, attentive, lovely demeanor. The Mahi was cooked perfectly, the charged an extra $4 for the rice. My seafood trio was REALLY over cooked. For these increased prices I would expect the same quality as in the past. I understand times are weird pricing wise. Badly cooked seafood is just a waste.

   It looks like they bring you cod fish fillet instead of grilled sea bass so better avoid. Steaks looks fine though.

    Restaurant failed to tell us in advance that they were closing the restaurant at 8 pm when we had a 6:30 pm reservation for a birthday party. This timing was known to the restaurant at least one day in advance. We could not change plans and go somewhere else at the last minute when we arrived at the restaurant because we had a large party. This meant our birthday dinner was rushed and we did not have time to have birthday cake. We had to move to one of the parties houses to celebrate with cake. Very inconsiderate and undependable of the restaurant. Do not trust this restaurant for big events.
