   I don’t think the resturaunt checked us in properly because as we were dining I missed a call from them inquiring if we were coming only we were seated and already dining. We sat at table “29” and at departure I notified a female that I received the call and she took my name so that it could be updated in the system that we did in fact show for our 6:30 reservation. Our bill was $136- I paid in cash.

   I made reservations a reservation a month before we actually went. We got the worst table in the restaurant. I went to hostess & requested a better table. She said all the tables for 5 were taken. She showed u tables in the bar & that’s where we ended up. How pod I get the worst table in the house when I reserved a table one month ago. After being moved our experience was wonderful. Our waitress Tiffany was really great. The drinks & our meals were absolutely so yummy. The experience was so great!

   Kincaid's is an amazing restaurant to come to for any occasion!!! Great food, fabulous servers and a wonderful ambience !!!!! Thank you all who made my evening with my quests so wonderful!!! Hugs and love to all, Pacy

   This was yet another fabulous birthday dinner for our son. We realized that we'd had his 11th birthday celebration here, so it seems full circle to have returned for his 21st. Everything was great. The service was friendly and patient. Our waitress was fun and attentive and made us feel welcome and cared for. The food was as expected: Masterfully prepared and incredibly delicious. We were reminded why Kincaid's is a destination for us. We've gone to the St. Paul location more than the Bloomington location, we to it tying into other events happening nearby.

   Food and service were great. Tried to use our new Landry’s frequency card and spent over 30 minutes trying to get it to work. Ended up having to add the amount to our credit card charge and will need to follow up with their corporate office to get it straightened out. That hassle really put a damper on an otherwise good experience.

   We were Celebrating a milestone and it was very nice. These days 20 years working at the same place is far and few.

    Ambiance was great. Food overall was good. We had walleye and scallops. The breading on the scallops was too thick and the scallops were over cooked. The walleye was good. All the sides had good flavor.
