   Scallops were great. Roast beef was great service was great. Impressed on this busier than average day. I am grateful they were open on Christmas.

   Visited Kincaids on Christmas Day. They had a special 3 course menu for a set price. It was not inexpensive but the food was very good and it was definitely an experience. I recommend it and will likely visit Kincaids next Christmas Day!

   We were at Kincaids last year and had a wonderful experience. This year the service was horrible. Little in the area of decorating. They told us that was the building owners job. We had a waiter who knew nothing about wine. Recommended a Cabernet that was supposed to be fruity. Was dry with little flavor. The drink staff had to be constantly reminded to fill our water. After each course we had to ask for new silverware. Being our second Christmas Eve out we were hoping this would be a new family tradition. Unfortunately we will be looking for someplace else now. Food was ok but if you aren’t a seafood lover you will find yourself with a very limited menu. Only one beef choice on the menu and one pork choice. Id recommend someplace else for your holiday dining.

   Average customer age was about 80, which is fine but the food definitely reflects the target demographic. Salmon was the favorite dish in our group and the chocolate dessert was good. Everything else was decidedly average.

   Too limited of a menu. You are forced to order items you don't usually order, with the set menus.

   Kincaid's provided a wonderful setting for our little family reunion (four of us). We hadn't visited in several years and were pleased that it hadn't lost its mojo. The evening got off to a slow start when our server failed to appear for an extended period to greet us and take drink orders. A bus person I mistook for or server happily located the server who soon took charge. As a Friday before Christmas/Hannukah it was very busy so the manager picked up the slack. He delivered our drinks and later comp'd one of our desserts due to the slow start (!). THAT's how you win friends and influence people. It was a lovely team effort and we will be back sooner rather than later. Thanks everyone!

   Considering what we paid for our meals, I expected attentive, exceptional service. Service was slow and inattentive - more often than not we were looking around the dining room trying to find our server. If you don’t have adequate staff, don’t seat as many tables. Service was slow enough for for the money, I don’t think I need to go back - there are numerous options I’m dining in this area, options where I won’t be spending over $500 for terrible service … especially when we were out to dinner for a special occasion. It should’ve been spectacular, far from it.

   You can’t go wrong! Enjoyed lobster, sea bass, walleye, and shrimp, and everything was to perfection!

    We dine here annually and have high expectations which are usually exceeded. Today not so much. Two issues with our food. First my wife ordered a kale and squash salad with shrimp on the side. Salad was good but shrimp way over cooked. When clearing our dishes a server noticed my wife didn't finish the shrimp and was told the issue. To our surprise Kincaids took the entire cost off the bill. Second issue my sister's molten lava cake had no "lava" and was not warm much less hot. My clam chowder, walleye, and cheesecake all exceeded expectations as did Thomas our server.
