    Requests were not followed, service wasn't given the attention I believe it deserved. Lights flickered, and we were not treated like guests at a fine dining establishment. I have been many times previously and not gotten this treatment. Im disappointed, as Kincaid's has previously been great, and usually one of my favorite restaurants, and especially since this was an extremely important occasion for me.

    The Chilean Sea was excellent as were the kale salad and old fashioned cocktails. The prime rib and potatoes were a bit bland, the turkey was a bit dry. In general the food was good or very good. On Thanksgiving it may be a bit difficult to serve exceptional.

    It was extremely busy - seemingly over-booked. Service was great, but some of the food was cold and actually uncooked (green beans can take a while). Manager was wonderful and made sure we received our Landry’s points.

    We enjoyed a great Thanksgiving Day meal here. My husband had the traditional turkey dinner. I had the deli surf & turf. It was very relaxing & sublime.

    Kincaid's did a great job. Server appeared to be new (at least I had not seen him before). He was a bit slow and needed prompts(from me) on specials, etc. Overall - great job. And Steve - thank you for coming by and 'formally' introducing yourself.
