KITARO combines traditional Japanese cuisine with Asian fusion influences to create modern, healthy and unique flavors in every dish. The Signature dishes include Seared Tuna, flash seared sesame pepper encrusted yellow fin tuna served with avocado, onion and cherry tomato set in citrus soy; Japanese seared steak, thinly sliced N.Y. steak served with spring mix and Japanese yuzu sauce and Chilean Sea Bass with sweet miso. The Sushi Bar features a variety of fresh fish and an extensive selections of Specialty Rolls, among which, the "Forbidden Rice", "Lobster Hot Mama", "Black Belt" and "Hangover" are some of the must have. The Sushi is fresh as is all the seafood. The lounge offers a variety of Asian inspired Martinis, full liquor, sake & wine list. Food was great- ordered a few combos and they were wonderful. Drink menu was fab and the bartender and server deserve some extra credit. Our table was the furthest from the bar and we ordered 2 rounds of martinis. They filled those martinis to the top- and I mean the top. The server walked all the way from the bar (slowly) and did not spill a single drop. We were more than impressed! Love a full martini glass!

Maybe it was because it was New Year’s Eve but it took two hours to get our meal. My meal came before my sushi roll. The temperature in the restaurant was freezing. They seem to take care of all of the to go orders instead of prioritizing the patrons in the restaurant.

We, four of us, all thoroughly enjoyed our sushi, service & the ambience at Kitaro Friday evening. Our sushi rolls & our appetizers were delicious. The tuna tower had an abundance of tuna, crab & avocado, the Brussel sprouts were served in a honey, soy marinade yet still were crispy & delicious. Our specialty rolls had a good amount of fish in them and were delicious. Our server was attentive & pleasant. We definitely will be dining there again.

We both had Filet and Chicken grill combinations and they were delicious. The martini's are very good too! Great service!!

We found this restaurant by chance, it was not far from where we were for a basketball game. The food and service were excellent. The staff was very helpful and patient, we were a group of four kids and two adults. Everyone enjoyed their sushi and my son had a steak that came with a number of sides, it was a great value and we had a lovely dinner. It’s right off the highway so we’ll be back!

The restaurant was busy and still taking carry out orders!! People in the restaurant were waiting for their food for more than 2 hrs the 6 of us will get their food not in order and one plate at the time we all were eating from one dish every 15-30 mins!
