   Service was inconsistent. Although server was quite nice, the team seemed distracted talking to one another. What appeared to be the management team was seated at a table enjoying themselves or working or something. Prices seems to continue to increase with food quality going down. Kona increasingly is over-priced for the food quality. Music was loud enough to be distracting. What used to be a nice experience at Kona, the value and quality are sending us to alternatives.

   Great food, excellent service. Our food was hot and tasty. Our server was attentive and checked on us throughout our meal.

   The food took almost 45 minutes to arrive. It seemed that it must’ve sat around in the back. It was hard and crunchy on the top and cold on the bottom There was no manager or anyone visible to talk to. We paid the bill and left.

   Food was not very good especially for the price point. Service was just ok. Will not be returning.

   Great service. We had a big party with kids and they were very accommodating with us staying longer. Managers stopped by multiple times which was nice. Food was good but a little overpriced but we would still be back

   I thoroughly enjoyed the Asian salad with macadamia nut chicken. Personally, the prices at this restaurant are outrageous.

   We love Kona and the energetic atmosphere at the Avalon. Food is great...my only issue is that it takes sooo long to get our drinks and food. We turned down an order because it took so long and we were ready to leave at that point.

    My friends and I went to Kona Grill for my birthday, and we had the best time! The food was amazing, the ambiance was great, and the servers were so kind. We started with the house salad, which was super fresh, and then got into our entrees—everything was so good. I got the lemon garlic shrimp penne (10/10, no notes), and my boyfriend had the NY strip with fries, which was cooked perfectly. We wrapped it up with an almost ridiculous amount of dessert—raspberry cheesecake, chocolate cake, a double stack brownie, and an ice cream sundae. Honestly, each one was better than the last. This was my second time here, and definitely not my last!
