   The $8 piece of chicken added to my $18 Kona chopped salad was embarrassing. I don’t mind paying for quality, big I think you have lost your way.

   Valentines evening, so it was packed. Server still had a great attitude hours in. We were seated about 20 minutes after our reservation time, but you have to expect that on Valentines. Food was excellent and came out on time. Drinks were really good, too. I thought they did a really good job and we will be back.

   It was an overpriced Applebee’s. The bill was $320 for subpar food. There was a sour smell in the air as well from what I would guess to be old towels being used to wipe down tables and booths. Not going back EVER!

   We had a great time celebrating. Only downside was we waited on a round of drinks for over 30 minutes during our dinner.

   Slow service, the waiter did not bring the right drinks, also brought salads without asking about salad dressing and had to wait 10 mins for dressing. Food was good service mediocre.

   My friends and I celebrated galentines at Kona grill and the experience was fantastic. From the food to drinks and the ambiance I will definitely be returning to try more things on the menu. Our server was very kind and attentive. This was a great place to celebrate!! I highly recommend it.

   Whatever you do, do not order the prime rib. It was inedible and tastes like dog food. The best item was the macadamia nut chicken and the Asian salad. Great service.

   The waitress, although she had a very good attitude and kindness, didn't know what she was doing. She never brought us cutlery, much less napkins. We had to use paper ones that were at the bar. My plate is made with fire, and to light it, they pour alcohol on it, but since the device that lights it never worked, she simply left it like that without burning it. She also didn't tell me that my plate had alcohol that never burned. I ended up eating a roll that tasted like pure alcohol. When we arrived, they told us that for my birthday they were going to give us a dessert and in the end the waitress either didn't know or forgot. In reality, the service left a lot to be desired, even though the waitress was very kind.

   Terrible service. We only received silverware 15 min after we requested. We were at the restaurant for almost 3 hours with how long food and service took and we had our waters refilled once. We also didn't receive water until 1 hour into our dinner despite asking for it when we ordered drinks and reminding our server. Additionally the food was lacking and the steak and fish we ordered very overcooked.

    Everything was amazing! Our waitress Ari was AMAZING!! Literally can’t say enough about her. And the food was so good! The location was also very aesthetic and the food was flavorful! I recommend the chicken shrimp lettuce wraps, the meatballs and the potstickers for appetizers! I got the rib topped with crab meat which was so delicious. I’ll definitely be back!
