   We had a reservation for 7pm, and still waited almost 40 minutes for our table. We then sat down and waited another 30 minutes for our food. We tried to see if they could offer some table bread or something while we waited, and they declined, saying they were too busy to bring it out. They then informed us that they were out of the appetizer we ordered, when it was only night two of Restaurant Week. So we had to sub for another one. Thankfully, they comped the app, although we had to remind the waitress because it wasn't showing on the check. Three of us got the prime rib and all agreed it was entirely too salty, almost inedible. The poke bowl was the only saving grace for the night, it was a good dish.

   Restaurant week, so very very busy. Waited 20 minutes for table with a reservation, but understandable because things were very slow. Waiter was good, but we didn’t see him much. Half of our food was brought out at a time, causing everyone to wait to eat on each course. Food was good. They did run out of things as the evening went on… They did the best they could with an extremely busy night! 6:30 reservation, finally got out at almost 9pm!!!

   Overall the experience was good. We have not been here in years. Restaurant we offered a special menu that we opted to try. There was a delay in getting the first course out due to a backlog with the sushi bar. We were told the backlog was because of the restaurant week special. You would have thought they would have been prepared for this. Three of us got our first course out, however the fourth member of our party had to wait. The rest of us were done or almost done when his came out, even though it was coming from the sushi bar as well. He had his food for maybe 5 mins when the entrees came out. Dessert wise, two of us ordered the brownie yet we were given a lava cake. Our server then came by and said they ran out of brownies so we got that instead. First off you would have thought they would have asked if it was okay before just making the substitution and second again not prepared. All of this was around 5pm, so before the restaurant was even remotely fully. Cannot imagine the challenges later in the evening.

   Great experience for restaurant week! Food was great. However, I wish there were other options on the menu such as more sushi rolls

   We were seated with our reservation almost immediately! Ordered drinks, took maybe 15 minutes to even get them, to find out that they were out of olive juice for a martini. No big deal, then when we ordered dinner, they were out of prime rib fairly early in the beginning of the night considering that was the special of the day. They were very slow on the food, but it was really busy. The Wait Steph and host were very friendly.

   Kinda disappointed. Rolls were not tight and fell apart while trying to pick up. Their macadamia chicken although very tasty no where on the menu did it say it was deep fried. Wife has GI issues with fried foods so we had to trade entrees. Didn’t want to make an issue of it.

    The service was excellent and most of the food was great. The Prime Rib in the Surf & Turf was not warm all the way, it was partially cold. We will eat there again as we normally enjoy the Happy Hour food and drinks.
