   Three hundred sixty-six dollars later, we are all still starving and disappointed—a family of four with a 12-year-old and a 14-year-old. We had four filets at $50 each. Only two were edible. The edible one crumbled as it was cut. You would give your dog the other one as a chew toy. Two of the filets were ice-cold. When my son cut into his filet, it was rare. We asked for medium well; he told me it was fine and he would eat when he got home. We waited 45 minutes for the steaks, and he knew we would be there even longer. Then, we each had a $15 dessert, and we took it home after waiting an additional thirty minutes for dessert. This was by far the worst meal we have ever had. We would have preferred any place but this. Our waiter was very good. It’s not his fault he works at an incompetent restaurant. I'm heading home now and gonna preheat our oven for something since we ate like birds for $366. Dollars. That's absolutely crazy to all leave hungry!!! Service was extremely slow as well. We were there for nearly two hours. Never again will this place see me or my family. The state wouldn't even serve This food for a prisoner on death row for their last meal. Yikes, whoever owns Kona Grill is seriously ripping people off. After leaving, we were all in a terrible mood and blamed each other for whose idea it was, and it was the worst way to end our Christmas. Thanks, Kona Grill; we all walked in with smiles and left with frowns horrible meal👍

   First time to Kona grill. Our food was ok. Nothing incredibly special. Our server was very kind and nice for Christmas struggles. Not sure I’d return.

   Did not seem well prepared for the holiday meal. Wanted the turkey dinner at our 3:30 time for dining but informed they had run out. Not enough personnel on hand to cover the number guests.

   Our server Dillon was excellent! One steak was not cooked to order but he and the kitchen staff worked to make it great. We go to Kona each Xmas usually Christmas day. This year we went xmas eve. Overall feedback from our table of 5 was that service was excellent and the food was tasty but not as good as usually is..

   Sushi was great with some unique rolls. Server was friendly and helpful. Drinks were good but a little slow coming from bar. 3 rolls and 2 drinks was $110 so a little bit pricey value wise but I guess expected in a mall setting. We would go back.

   Kona Grill is a beautiful restaurant, but unfortunately, the service and wait time were not up to par. I believe we may have had an inexperienced waiter who was unaware that Kona offers a prix-fixe menu. I indicated that we would order the prix-fixe on the OpenTable app. He did not present that menu to us and was also unaware that it came with a glass of wine. When we ordered our wine off the menu, and he later understood what we wanted to order, the manager, Autumn (who was outstanding, by the way), had to correct the mistake. She allowed us to keep the wine we ordered even though we were supposed to get the house wine. We entered the restaurant at 4:50 for a 5:00 reservation. It was nearly empty. We didn't leave until 6:45 because of all the mishaps. All in all, he tried his best, and the food was acceptable. It wasn't as good as I had hoped, but overall, the meal was acceptable, and the atmosphere was festive.

   The food was good but service was incredibly slow despite half of the tables being empty for dinner. We came with two children and didn’t get our appetizer until almost an hour after we sat down. Main dishes didn’t come out for another 20 minutes.

   Nice decor. Music was too loud so that we could not talk but the manager did turn it down. Most enjoyed their meal except those who ordered Turkey-flavorless, green beans shriveled, meal was Luke warm. The coating on the nut encrusted did not add any flavor and the white gravy had little taste. There was no bread provided so $38 for the meal seemed too high. The service as good, as He had to cover a lot of ground. Drinks were average. Have been in the past and felt much better about our meals. I would not order turkey here again.

    Our server, Sophia was the sweetest throughout the entire meal. Most of us had the Lemon Garlic Penne Pasta with shrimp and it was delicious! We were there on Thanksgiving but enjoyed having both turkey and many other items to choose from. One of our favorites for the holidays!
