   My wife’s steak was going great until the last 3rd. She bit into a chemical taste. She didn’t finish it. We told the server but nothing was done to address the problem.

   Service really Bad, they forgot my GF drink like 2 times, also brought the entries and didn’t even brought water at least that we asked like 3 times, bad experience they should give a little training to the servers.

   The crew members need to improve somewhat the service. I requested a bottle of Prosecco, took a while to put it on the table and they brought the wrong cups😗.., have to change them,also no napkins or silverware on it..

   We had a reservation at 9:30pm and were seated around 10pm. We waited half an hour for a server to come, we ordered drinks and food, and they took another half an hour to bring the waters. The food came after 11:30pm. Food was good but the restaurant was clearly overbooked and understaffed. There were a bunch of people waiting inside the restaurant and it was extremely noisy. Very poor environment.

   Great food taste but everything else was subpar service was not that good. Maybe if it wasn't a holiday it would have been better.

   We were a party of 3 with a reservation for 9pm on Valentine’s Day. Not seated until 9:45pm despite having reservations for patio where there were several open tables. The whole evening was very disorganized. People were standing everywhere waiting for tables. We found a seat at the outside bar to wait for our reso. There appeared to be a lack of staff, service was very slow and often mixed up. There was a limited menu which was lack lustre and there was price gauging in effect. Very disappointing as Kona is usually a very consistent, good, resto/bar with great food and ambiance.

   great place just really busy waited over an hr for food and drinks and then another hr for the check but it was a busy day so maybe ill go back and try another less busy day

    We had a reservation for 7:45 and we’re not seated until 8:37 outside as they were sitting walk ins ahead of us. Told that it would take another hour for an inside table. We only got one set of silverware. We only got two waters for the table. The appetizers were cold when the food runner finally brought them to the table. The same thing for the entree. It was cold on arrival. Quality of the food on par with Chilis. Will not visit again.
