   I took about an hour and half for the food to come out and when it did it was cold. The French fries were cold and my hamburger was cold. I didn’t even finish it. People that were sat after us had their food before we did and when we asked the waiter he said it’s coming right out and it took another 20 mins. Needless to say, I doubt I will be going back.

   We sat in the bar area and less noisy and did not feel we were on top of each other. Would request that area again.

   While the food was enjoyable, I was disappointed by the timing of our meal. Our main courses arrived far too quickly, before we had even finished our salads. This made the entire experience feel rushed, which impacted our enjoyment of the meal. I understand that there are time constraints in the restaurant industry, but the quick turnover left us feeling somewhat rushed and uncomfortable.    There’s a reason why L Wiods is one of my favorite restaurants and why, on a random wintry Wednesday night, the place was jumping! The food is always great, the service first/rate and the atmosphere is ALIVE! Thanks for another fun & delicious night!

   Our waitress was great. She took our drinks order and gave us time to look over the menu and talk. It was my family member’s birthday and we got something special from the kitchen. I had to get something changed and I found the person who helped me earlier to assist me. We loved the food and enjoyed celebrating there!

    Really enjoyed the baby back ribs and sweet potato I shared w my husband, and my mom loved her pounded chicken and mashed potatoes. Hubby ordered the turtle sundae which would have been much improved if served in a sundae bowl - it was very messy and hard to get to both ice cream and sauce in the same spoonful bc it was served in a tall narrow glass instead. Waitress was sweet and we appreciated being seated in a booth as my mom has significant hearing issues and it was a bit quieter there than mid-room. Maybe allocate a few more accessible parking spaces in the lot? There were none available (mom uses a Walker and we have a placard). Fortunately tonight there were 3 of us, so we could drop mom off and i could stay w her while hubby parked. Otherwise it would’ve been impossible for her to access the restaurant.
