   We are regular customers of this fabulous local restaurant at the junction of Hillcrest and Bankers Hill, although not always via OpenTable, and had another great meal last night. My wife had the steak frites and I the confit du canard (as I *always* do, despite the other very tempting entrees). Both were exceptionally well prepared, and the service was prompt, courteous, and efficient. But, speaking of service, the only negative to our meal was not being offered any bread! Go figure. We suspect that it was because we had cocktails but no appetizer, and perhaps skipping that threw the staff a curve. If not for that, I would have rated service 5 rather than 3 stars (and the overall 5 vs. 4). This is a great local spot, and we look forward to returning. ATBster

   This is a great neighborhood restaurant that always delivers on service, quality and ambiance. The staff are rockstars that excel at customer service. The food is delicious.

   This has been our favorite restaurant in San Diego for almost nine years. The flavors are consistently amazing, and they serve the best escargots; truly unparalleled. Their unique recipes transport you to France with the very first bite. The staff is incredible, offering warm and attentive service that shows how much they cherish their customers.
