As you open the doors to La Casa Pasta, your senses will be stimulated with the aromas of freshly-pressed pasta, delicately made sauces and warm, baked breads fill the air. Critics will agree that the tastes are even more satisfying. Newly renovated elegant decor, along with our stunning bar & lounge will surely impress you and your guests.
Chef and Owner Giuseppe Martuscelli's roots and knowledge of fine foods and wines originated in the town of Santa Maria Di Castellabate near Salerno, Italy. Giuseppe came to America with the Italian Navy in 1967 and returned to stay in 1973, settling in Newark, Delaware to open La Casa Pasta in 1978.
Since then, he has made it his goal to serve only the most authentic Northern and Southern Italian foods. Each year, he travels back to his homeland and beyond to learn new recipes and import ingredients not to be found in the states.

Had reservations for 6:30 on a Sunday evening and got seated in the bar area not the dining room? Why? Lots if empty tables in the dining room. That same space got loud quickly.

We relocated to this area 1.5 years ago, and LaCasa Pasta has been one of our favorite places to eat. Family and friends come to visit, and LaCasa is the first place I'd recommend. Friends of ours came to visit on yesterday, just zipped by for our early dinner and they absolutely loved it! Kenzie was our waiter, and she was OUTSTANDING! Not only was she a pretty girl, but she was exceptional in providing us an awesome experience; giving us detailed information on several menu options, taking a quick photo of us; attentive, pleasant, a very experienced waiter! The atmosphere was authentically Italian, relaxing, cozy and we will return often! Happy Holidays to you All --
