At La Vita E Bella we provide authentic Italian food made with homemade sauces and pasta. We offer many seafood dishes inspired by our Sicilian roots and fresh Seattle offerings. Thin pizzas are baked fresh for our mouthwatering customers. We have a large wine selection and many antipasto platters (appetizers) that are perfect for a quick drink and snack on the go. With a live accordion player, our restaurant has a romantic atmosphere and welcoming environment ideal for locals and tourists alike. Owner Giuseppe Forte strives to offer affordable cuisine that pops with flavor and value. He personally buys the groceries several times a week to insure the best products, allowing prices to remain low and fair for our customers.                                                                           We eat there at least twice a year  when we come to the Seattle to go to the more theater for concerts. We always have a wonderful time. The food is always great and the service is out.

My Pasta Fettuccine Tartufo was sticky and the "house-made pasta" had a bite as if it had more flour in it than semolina. The Pasta in her Lasagna seemed to be a pile of deconstructed pasta. The sauce was delicious. She said the Nebbiolo Molino wine complemented the Lasagna. It did not pair with my Fettuccine Tartufo I asked for a white wine to go with the Fettuccine Tartufo, and they supplied a glass of GI Sauvignon Blanc that was way too fruity tasting and did not complement. [That Sauvignon Blanc was a very tasty wine on its own. I could smell the aroma of fresh grapes in it]. The service was good, it was friendly, and the owner checked in with us. Leif in Seattle

                                                                          We are so happy we discovered La Vita E Bella. Feels very much like a place for locals. Great, well priced food, relaxing atmosphere and a very welcoming staff. I will definitely go back the next time I’m in Seattle!

                                                                          Terrible food cooked quickly and without nuance. Tasted premade, too salty and lacked flavor. I brought a real Italian with me and he ordered the salad. On the plus side the server was terrific, friendly and efficient.

                                                                          The reviews for this place were very deceptive. We stupidly didn’t dinner reservations elsewhere so we came here as a last resort and paid the ultimate price. The only highlight was the Caesar salad and everything else was a huge disappointment. The ravioli bolognese was mediocre and the ravioli in porcini was disgustingly pungent. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
