We had to wait a long time for our food as it was the long weekend, lacrosse game and the last day of the tax free event. Totally expected and not a problem, however, when my food came it was over cooked, dry and cold. The rest of my party had lovely hot food. I guess my burger was made and kept on the side whilst the rest was being cooked. I was very disappointed but didn't comment as it was my son's birthday and didn't want to make a fuss. I was definitely disappointed. I have had the same before, and it was good. I just think that if you're making food for a table of people, you should all have the same experience. Our server was excellent, friendly, apologized repeatedly for the delay and very friendly. I don't think I would have had the same patience. Didn't get his name, young, blonde. Cannot recommend him highly enough. A definite asset

From the moment you step inside, Da Zero impresses with its thoughtfully designed interior. The ambiance is warm and inviting, thanks to the carefully chosen decor and soft, low lighting, creating a relaxing and intimate atmosphere. Our server was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout the evening. Their knowledge of the menu was impressive, and they were happy to offer recommendations. As for the food, we started with the calamari, which was perfectly cooked and seasoned. For my main course, I opted for the gnocchi, and I was not disappointed! The texture was delightfully soft, and the sauce was rich and flavorful.

A phenomenal experience from start to finish. The table staff were polite and provided excellent recommendations. The ambiance was romantic and soothing, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure it was a romantic night for Valentine’s Day (having someone go around to take Polaroid photos of the guests was a great souvenir to have!). The food was also out of this world, steak was cooked to perfection and the lobster was fresh as you can imagine l!

From welcome at front entrance to goodnight and have a wonderful weekend, service was exceptional. Andrew’s food and wine menu knowledge, table presence and personality, exceptional. As a F&B General Manager my entire career, the entire experience was on point. Will be returning. Michael and Penny.

We had an amazing birthday dinner at the keg! The service was probably the best service we’ve ever had. Both meals were obviously incredible. Intimate fine dining experience, we will be back!
