At the Island Way Grill, we're all about fresh fish. Our own boats make daily trips to the middle grounds to bring back fresh tuna, mahi, snapper and other local varieties. No long-line fish here-just hook, rod, and reel. If it's any fresher, it is still in the gulf. Most of our cooking revolves around our oak and citrus fired open pit, which sears at an extremely high temperature and adds a delicious smokiness to everything grilled. What a fun restaurant with tasty dishes-PB&J Brussel Sprouts, Chicken Thai Flatbread, Pan Seared Scallops, Lamb Burger, Chile Lime Salmon and Coconut crème pie and Cheesecake for dessert. Everything was delicious plus some cocktails during Happy Hour. Highly recommend- the menu has so many choices you won’t be disappointed.

This was our first visit to Columbia. It was fabulous. The view, ambiance was great. We could spend a long time just reading about the history of the restaurant and the family ties on the menu. Our server was great and the food superb. This is now in our favorite restaurant rotation!
