Excellent food & service. The lobster risotto is the best!

Our brunch at Edgewood was a mix of highs and lows. Upon arrival, the front desk lady was not very welcoming. We had reserved a table for five, expecting to be seated together, but instead we were given two separate tables without much apology or explanation. The food was another letdown- my chicken and waffles arrived without butter and syrup, and my friend’s steak was served without a steak knife. These small details mayter especially at a high end establishment. However, our wonderful server, Tracy was polite and attentive and provided the level of service you’d expect from a luxury hotel.

Beautiful ambiance. Everything we ordered was delicious from the drinks we ordered to the food. We had a 9:30pm reservation but unfortunately by the time we were ready to order dessert our waitress told us the kitchen had already closed so we weren’t able to. So make sure if you have a later reservation you get everything you order in that you want to try! Other than that, we were happy with our experience.

Always such a treat to come to Fridays for dinner. We had the pre-fix dinner. Steak cooked to perfection, dessert was such a nice treat. Server was attentive and seemed to know what we needed before we realized it. We were so engaged in our conversation that neither of us realized the restaurant filled up while we were there. Seriously did not notice the restaurant was full until we were leaving. Truly a very nice experience we had.

This was a great recommendation. Our server Kar was wonderful! We ordered the 10 oz prime rib and the pasta and shrimp entrées complete with a ceasar salad for the Mr. and lobster bisque soup for me. Everything was delicious! If I'm ever in Lake Tahoe again I'll be back. Highly recommended 👌🏽
