Before Stuft Pizza gained recognition as a top restaurant in Palm Desert, and La Quinta, Jack Bertram and his wife, Pat, launched the first Stuft Pizza in Cerritos, California in 1976. After nearly 9 months of experimenting, Jack developed the recipe for the now beloved pizza. Despite initially offering only take-out pizza, the store's unwavering commitment to quality propelled its success. Two years later, Jack and Pat opened a second store in Whittier, and in 1986, Stuft Pizza transitioned into a franchise.While franchisee-owned outlets operate outside the Coachella Valley, the Stuft Pizza Bar & Grill locations in the desert, both owned by the Bertram Family, are distinct.     Friends joined us for my husbands Birthday dinner. Heather our waitress was awesome. Food was hot and delicious. I had the halibut and the scalloped potates were scrumptious, my husband had the filet and he said it was so good! Large portions to share. Great experience like always. We will be back!

    French rotisserie is the true traditional French bistro experience. This restaurant serve the best escargots in the valley. Our server Jean Luques was excellent and the atmosphere is always jovial. We enjoyed tremendously the duck a l’orange and the beef bourguignon. A perfect casual dinner!

    I brought my husband for his birthday. We had received a gift card and so this our first time. I made reservations for 6:30 pm, I was surprised how busy it was for a Monday night. We had to wait about 15 minutes before getting seated, even with a reservation! But once we were seated we were waited on. Our server Natalie was great! She was very friendly and checked in on us several times making sure we were enjoying our meal. There was live entertainment. They even sang happy birthday for my husband. Our meal was delicious! !! The portions were plentiful! My husband received a happy birthday plate with several deserts . We are planning on coming back again for my birthday!!

    Thoroughly enjoyed everything! My partner and I sat in a booth in the Fireplace room, which turned out to be ideal. A warm room with great energy from the other happy guests. Our waitress was super helpful with her recommendations and sincere desire for us to order and fully enjoy our meal and experience. We 100% enjoyed! The food, wine, the waitstaff all were 5-Star and provided great leftovers the next day too (too much to eat it all!). Highly recommend!
