A client should feel comfortable, not in stage before your staff, needing to uphold the standards of the aristocracy. In other words, I expect perfection, but you shall not expect perfection from me. Such is life. And more directly - have each server, no matter what level, make eye contact and say “Merci” at least once. Otherwise, the best Montreal dining experience thus far.
