- BBrennaVIPHawaii •12 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoHad dinner with my Mom who was visiting out of town. Our server was Sean. Sean was prompt, friendly, accommodating and personable, he even did offer some great dishes. First we shared the brusssel sprouts, which were recommended and very delicious. Mom had the single crab cake and she said her dinner was great! I had the pork ribeye with posted pork ribeye with potatoes and asparagus, divine! After dinner we shared an apple cheesecake but at Sean’s suggestion we put raspberry sauce on it. It was lovely! I would surely recommend the Hunt Room to anyone. - CCurtVirginia •10 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoExcellent selection of craft cocktails, wine, and food! The Vesper was a perfectly prepared cocktail. Our meal started off with a burata cheese ball served with fresh basil, tomato, and olive oil. We added some balsamic vinegar that was at our table for a caprese style flavor. Delicious! Next, I had a Greek salad that punched all the tickets for me: olives, pepperonchinis, feta cheese, red onion, greens, and a Greek dressing that was to die for. Next, for the main course we enjoyed mushroom ravioli in a cheesy cream sauce and veal parmesagna. The veal and accompanying past were cooked to perfection: tender, flavorful, and a nice size portion. The mushroom ravioli had an earthy flavor that balanced well with the silky smooth flavor of the sauce. Magnificent! To compliment our entrees, we chose a Pinot Noir that paired nicely with our selections. For dessert, we chose limoncello cheesecake with raspberries to go. Have not tried that yet, but I'm sure it will be delicious. Finally, the service and ambiance were incredibly. Every little detail was perfect: timing of food coming out, answering questions we had about menu items, and being very friendly! This was our first visit to Aldo's but is definitely not going to be our last. My only regret is that I did find this gem of an Italian Restorante sooner. Bravo!More infoAldo's RistorantePrice: Moderate• Italian• Virginia Beach•4.9
