- MMichaelSeattle / Eastern Washington •17 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoOur fifth meal at Hualani’s, 7 for dinner this time. As all our previous visits, excellent by every measure. From the superior wine list to the incredible birthday lava cake, flawless. Service was attentive and accommodating but not hovering. Very friendly. Shared appetizers of watermelon, goat cheese and beets, blackened scallops, arugula, goat cheese and honey comb, braised short-rib gyoza. All were excellent. Main courses were spectacular. Ribeye, filet, mahi, pasta, glazed pork ribs, sea bass. All perfectly executed. The Trefethen Cab was wonderful. Thank you for yet another great experience.More infoHualani'sPrice: Very Expensive• Hawaii Regional Cuisine• Lihue•4.8
- JJackMinneapolis - St. Paul •25 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoWe were greeted by Giuseppe the owner who seated us at a table with a spectacular view of the ocean and the mountains. We started with perfect Mai Tais. The bread was delicious a dipped in the olive oil and balsamic vinegar in the unique dispenser for both. We split a beet and Gorgonzola walnut salad and had a wonderful Italian red wine called Zacagnini Montepulcian. So smooth and full bodied! I had Seafood Diavalo which was linguine and seafood in a light red sauce. Big hunk of lobster and calimari, shrimp, clams and fresh fish. My wife had melt in your mouth ossobucco. Wow! Dessert was profiteroles which are tiny cream puffs filled with gelato and drizzled with Belgian chocolate with decaf cappuccino. Incredible meal!! Definitely a repeat visit in our future!!More infoCafe PortofinoPrice: Expensive• Italian• Lihue•4.4
