    An absolutely exquisite dining experience! This Franco-Japanese fusion restaurant is a true gem. Every dish was a masterpiece, beautifully presented and bursting with unique, well-balanced flavors.     If you like Spanish Tapas, this is your place in Paris. When you get tires of Coq au vin, crepes or sauces, head here. A very energetic place with good tapas. The Marais is a nice neighborhood to hang out in, as well. Very relaxed and fun. They have limited outdoor space, but they have AC and ceiling fans.
