Thanksgiving at Cooper’s Hawk was worth it. The flavor of the food was fantastic, the waiter was awesome (shout out to Michael!), and the wine was amazing. Cynthia was our wine tasting expert and she is always a hoot. I highly recommend Cooper’s Hawk any time and I do recommend it for Thanksgiving.

Over the years when I was still working I ate many meals at Ruth’s Chris. As a result I am very familiar with their high standards for food and service. We were recently in Des Moines and had the opportunity to eat at the Ruth’s Chris in West Des Moines. The service with Krystal was excellent per usual. The ambience was absolutely off the chart. Beautiful decor and even though they were very busy, we could use normal conversation and hear one another so the acoustics were also excellent. We were celebrating my birthday and Kaitlyn (the general manager) came by on two separate occasions to make sure it was up to our expectations. I told her it exceeded our expectations! If you are in the area, I strongly suggest you visit this restaurant - you won’t be disappointed!

We drive every year from Iowa City to 801 for our anniversary dinner. No better place to celebrate! Best food atmosphere and service!

Too loud and being seated next to the door and being blasted with cold air everytime the door was opened was no fun. Most likely not coming back.

We had a lovely brunch today after a long flight into town. The food was delicious, served very quickly and wonderfully presented. Our server was friendly and engaging. We were even able to sit in a booth to watch Hawkeye football. Highly recommend for people who are looking for healthy, delicious, gluten free options.
