Le restaurant Boka, primé d'une étoile Michelin, est connu dans le monde culinaire de Chicago depuis 2003. En Janvier 2014, suite à une rénovation importante, le chef Lee Wolen se joint à l'équipe en tant que partenaire et chef exécutif. Depuis son arrivée à Boka, les critiques s'y intéressent particulièrement. Phil Vettel du Chicago Tribune et du Eater Chicago a reconnu Lee comme "Le Chef de l'année 2014."
