Our waiter, Louis, did an excellent job. Our pizza, Amore di Carne, was delicious albeit rather too salty for my taste. The Valpolicella was the perfect complement to the pizza. Our only complaint was that every time the door was opened a cold breeze hit us and, because Dante is very popular, that was often. Next time we will ask to be seated away from the door.

We celebrated Valentine’s Day a date late. We were seated right away when we arrived at our reservation time. We ordered a Chophouse salad and French Onion Soup. Both were delicious and large portions. The rolls they served first were warm and crusty on the outside, soft on the inside. Our waiter staff, Chelsea and Kayla were very attentive and took very good care of us. We tried the salmon and a ribeye steak with corn as our side. The steak was tender, flavorful and cooked to perfection. The salmon was cooked with tomato, capers and shrimp. The taste was delicious and the salmon was cooked perfectly. The corn had been cut off of the cob and was very fresh and the serving was enough for both of us. We actually had plenty of our entrees and the side to take home. We were seated next to a party of 4 who were very loud. Once they left we enjoyed a quieter setting. Overall, we had a wonderful experience!

We have been to Talus a few times. We live about 40 miles away so it’s a bit of a drive. But we were celebrating my birthday with our best friends and I chose Talus because it is always good and we were able to make a reservation. We were seated right away in a booth which was perfect as our friend Dave will be having a hip surgery soon and the booths are more comfortable. Our server, Angela, came over right away with waters and to take our drink order and explain the Valentines menu. She made our experience that much better. I had the cod which was cooked to perfection and super flaky. The potatoes served with it were excellent and the vegetable medley was delicious . Our friend Marilyn had the seafood risotto which was delicious and creamy and a very generous portion. The guys had the salmon and both said it was some of the best they have had. The Valentines special drinks were very good especially the raspberry which was so creamy and delicious. Worth the drive and we will definitely be back.

I had the Durango burger, my wife had the Baja shrimp pasta. We both really enjoyed our meal. It was a busy night, but our server Mirakle was always making sure everything was okay, that we had ample bread and drinks before our food got there and was super nice and prompt. We have no complaints, and for a bustling night like Valentine’s Day, we were impressed

A Perfect Valentine’s Dinner at Legacy Chophouse I had the pleasure of dining at Legacy Chophouse for Valentine’s Day, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The ambiance was spot-on—warm lighting, a welcoming vibe, and a romantic touch with roses waiting at our table. The food was incredible. I had the prime rib paired with crab cakes, and I have to say, those crab cakes were the best I’ve ever tasted—crispy on the outside, tender and flavorful on the inside. My date ordered the sirloin, cooked to absolute perfection, juicy and seasoned just right. The salad bar was fresh, well-stocked, and exactly what we needed to start the evening. From the atmosphere to the service to the food, Legacy Chophouse exceeded our expectations. It was truly a night to remember, and we’ll definitely be back!
