Love Flint. Our go to restaurant for a special night out.

While our visit started off poorly (took a good 10 mins for anyone to welcome us at table, bring water, etc), once we flagged someone down - all was terrific. I wish I knew the name of the server, as she was exceptionally genuine in not only her apology, but took every step you would expect to ensure we left feeling valued.

Had a reservation for 2 at 8:00 pm. But had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. There were plenty of tables open yet we were not seated for our reservation at 8:00. However, waitress service was good.

We did the chefs tasting w/wine pairing and the whole experience was outstanding. Our waiter did an excellent job. He explained everything in detail, was on top of everything. Honestly his service level was what made the night memorable.

As always wait staff was excellent! Never waited on a refill. Always removed the empty plate or glass on the table within minutes of you finishing. Lobster Cargot and the Shrimp Cocktail are awesome. I have never tasted Shrimp cocktail this good anywhere. The Shrimp are big, cold, and dry. Don't get any better than this. The Au Gratin Potatoes are the best I have ever tasted anywhere. Then the Prime Cowboy Ribeye Steak with Pittsburg style, it don't get any better. My wife and I enjoy eating here. I will we back next month. Just keep doing what you are doing, don't change a thing! I had planned on taking pictures of the food, but again I forgot. everything went out the window when all the great food showed up.
