- PPabloMontreal / Quebec •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoReally loved it - didn't stay at the Frontenac but this gave us a nice window into the experience. We went for lunch and sat in the 'alcove' area. Really nice spot overlooking the river. We stayed for quite a while as it was so cosy while the first snow fell outside. Our waitress was outstanding; all of the service was friendly, fast, and very helpful. The food was also really excellent. I got the seafood cake and a side of poutine. Both were really tasty - especially liked that the gravy on the poutine wasn't overly salty. My wife and daughter both had the French onion soup and really liked it. Also had a nice Boston salad on the side. The highlight was likely the dessert - a lemongrass creme brûlée. Absolutely delicious. It was a bit pricey but good value overall. Really enjoyable experience.More infoBistro le SAM - Fairmont Château FrontenacPrice: Moderate• undefined• Québec•4.6

- SStephenvipHawaii •6 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoAfter just having spent tonight the most delightful 3 ½ culinary hours of our lives under the care of Marc the master server and his colleagues whose vast knowledge of the prix fixe menu and paired wines was truly itself spectacular and augmented the anticipation of each course and perfectly paired with the incomparable creative cuisine of master chef Gabriel Molleur-Langevin, my wife and I were left full of joy and gratitude for the immense effort the staff of this restaurant has put into perfecting their craft which we enjoyed nearly to the point of tears. If you can afford to splurge on a once in a lifetime exceptional culinary experience, you do not want to miss this.More infoLe Champlain Restaurant - Fairmont Château FrontenacPrice: Moderate• undefined• Québec•4.7
- CCarolineGrand Rapids / Western Michigan •7 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 15, 2024The set up of tea was beautiful, with the tables along a wall of windows on the boardwalk. The food and tea were absolutely lovely, and the service was top notch. They were very accommodating of allergies and made adjustments to the menu based on restrictions. 10/10More infoPlace Dufferin - Fairmont Le Château FrontenacPrice: Moderate• undefined• Québec•4.6
