Omg, just when I didn’t think it could get any better, it did! We ate at Max’s about 2 months ago. Went again on our way home from skiing yesterday and I swear, it was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. I got the same thing as last time…the baby kale and brussel salad and the trout almondine! Unbelievable! My husband got the Caesar and ordered swordfish grilled with a beurre blanc sauce, grilled asparagus and fingerling potatoes. As plain as that sounds, it was delicious. The fish was cooked perfectly and the sauce…all I can say is we will keep coming back. I have to find excuses to go there as we live in South Jersey. Also our server Jayden was fantastic! Very attentive! Love, love, love Max’s! I used to go just because of the oyster selection, but now it’s everything else!

We had business lunch for 7 people. The restaurant was quiet and food was excellent. Our party enjoyed themselves.

Our first visit and we will definitely go back. Our server Colin was very knowledgeable and gave us recommendations regarding food and drinks. The food came out in waves so we weren’t rushed and had time to enjoys all of the wonderful food.

The food was exceptional! It was a little chilly because they had the doors open to ventilate the smoke from the Hibachi grills. Ladies room needs a little work. The staff was attentive and friendly.
