Restaurants near Canyon Park

The food at Longleaf is always delicious and last night was no exception. Fried olives and an ice cold martini is a great beginning and the delectable Budino Italian dessert is an absolute must whenever we visit. The pork chop - my husband's favorite - is exceptional and the fish of the day with grapefruit beurre blanc sauce is unbelievably good. The preparation of their Brussels sprouts side dish is one of the BEST I have tasted all across Texas. Can you tell I am a fan? You will be too.

It was a busy Saturday night at Myron’s. The restaurant was full, with several people waiting, and yet, our reserved table was ready. The service by Austin was impeccable with all courses perfectly timed. The cocktails were perfect. For appetizers, we loved the Shrimp Myron’s and the Ahi Tuna. The steaks were cooked to perfection and the wine list is superb. Another excellent visit to our favorite steak house.

The Tomahawk Ribeye was cooked perfectly. The service was excellent. It was a little loud with conversation. The creme Brule was the best I have ever had . I did not however sit outside, by the way they were very accommodating when I changed my mind , it was a bit chilly at night . There is a fire place and I checked when I walked by ,that would have been comfortable but the other tables would have been a little cold .

Red Fish and Short Ribs were enjoyed by our party of four. Everything was delious!

Started at the bar where service was quick and drinks were perfect. Chef’s special was Sea Bass over linguine alla puttanesca. Fabulous pairing with a nice red wine. Service was excellent and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
