Restaurants near Desert Foothills Townhome

It was a special celebration for a family Thanksgiving Dinner while our house is under construction. Most of the food was good to very good...especially meats & seafood. Sides were OK, but some a little bland. Desserts we ok as well. Excellent selection & service. Fun day.

Our server was a very young kid about 19 year old, I believe his name was Trey. I eat out more than I care to admit but this kid was absolutely amazing. If he could give a class on service, the industry would be in a better place. 

Dinner was amazing. It was our first time dining there. The menu was so great it was hard to decide what to have. We settled on the fire roasted prawns to start- they were unbelievable! Caesar salad was next and it was great- beautiful presentation. My husband had the filet with Maitre d’ Butter and it was prepared to perfection. I opted for the Diver Scallops and between the scallops and the Fennel, Golden Raisins, Capers, Brown Butter, Cauliflower it is served with was simply the best pairing there could be. This restaurant is sure to be on our regular rotation going forward.

This is my favorite restaurant in downtown Phoenix. I have been coming since I covered it as a reporter years ago when it opened. I enjoyed my favorite dish—fish and chips—while looking out at the Phoenix Suns crowd I would be joining afterwards right across the street!

The best meal we have ever had in Arizona, perhaps anywhere EVER! We started with the Large Seafood Tower, We also had Filet Mignon with Chimichurri Sauce and side of mushrooms, the Filet was the best! Prepared perfectly, 2 in our party asked for medium rare and we shared a medium and WOW. On point. Twice stuffed Lobster Baked Potato was such a rich delicious add on. The service was the best I have ever experienced. We loved the beautiful ambiance and the quiet atmosphere to converse with friends. Im without words....11 out of 10!!
