For more than 20 years, Paolo’s has been bringing the taste of Italy to Kent. Paul Raftis founded the restaurant after growing up learning to cook along side his mother, Darlene Raftis. He enjoys the open kitchen he can chat with guests as he works. He never tires of hearing "It smells so good in here!" As a marathoner, he is living proof that that you can eat Italian and be healthy. In fact, one of his signature dishes, "Fettucine Paolo" was featured in Runner's World magazine. "It's one of the dishes I developed, it has no cream in it, no butter." It's a delicious pasta dish that utilizes olive oil, garlic, chicken stock, garlic, balsamic vinegar, sundried tomatoes, artichokes, and chicken.     We had a fantastic meal and highly recommend the Szechuan chicken wrap apps… It was a busy Valentines Day and the service was above and beyond amazing. GM Brianne stopped by our table multiple times to check-in and was so nice and gave such personal service that our returning is without doubt. Our server, Mae was excellent and really knew the menu and how to take care of her customers. It’s amazing what a difference great service makes. Joey in Tukwila is our new “go to” place for dinner. Well done.

    Excellent dining experience. Marco was a great server. The pork chop was delicious as was the Waygu burger. I would highly recommend the Copperleaf restaurant.

    Food and view were great. Drinks and food were out quickly. Been a long while since we had been there. Memories of times being there came back and everything about the place was the same just a little more expensive but worth every penny.

    I'd rather you raise the prices on the menu then bring me a bill telling me to pay your kitchen staff. I know minimum wage is higher but it reflects on ownership and management more than anything.
