L'histoire légendaire du Diorio Restaurant a commencé au début des années 1920. L'ancien Rocco Diorio proposait une nourriture traditionnelle et de nombreux souvenirs durables pour la plupart des personnes dans les environs de Waterbury. Le restaurant a été fermé en 1980 et rouvert en 1991 après la restauration totale pour revenir à sa splendeur d'origine. The drinks were superb. The service was exquisite. I love how they have local farm fresh meats, and other ingredients sourced. Was very good. The bartender did a great job with the drinks and recommending things. Really good stuff. Will be going back.

We had a great time at Echo! The prefix menu was awesome. There were 4 courses and each one was better than the previous one. My cheers to the chef! The cost of $65.00/person was well worth it. We were not rushed at all…and the restaurant was to full capacity at all times. Would definitely recommend!

Food was delicious! Atmosphere was great! Service was ok. I think she was new at her type of work. Drinks took too long to get to us and one drink was forgotten. Overall it was a good experience. Will definitely go back.
