Excellent Sushi, great value for money. Have been several time quality is consistent.

The Falls at any time is one of our family's "happy spots." And, today @ Thanksgiving with its special menu was even more so. The menu choices were varied with a lot of emphasis on vegetables. We ordered the fixed price menu: lobster bisque and the crab croquettes, then the grilled pork chop and the trout, both with fixin's, wrapped up with chocolate flan. Our meals were delicious from start to finish and good value. we had the prosecco and draft Virginia cider which both went well with the food. Service was prompt and helpful, even at this busy time. The bartender gave me excellent advice on a smooth bourbon to finish. We couldn't ask for a better holiday meal - - and no dishes to clean after!

While the menu might look common place, it's the quality of the ingredients and thoughtfulness of the preparation that makes Ruthie's outstanding, and a neighborhood gem. We were greeted like family, service was attention and professional while informal and friendly. The wood fire grilled branzino was outstanding -- hot, moist, perfectly seasoned. Each dish, while familiar in concept, has a surprise twist that is so pleasing.

Excellent family run restaurant. A great find. Excellent food, service, atmosphere. The decor is charming, and comfortable, nicely appointed. Prices for many items are reasonable a couple just slightly high, nothing outlandish. Overall a terrific restaurant well worth the drive. No wonder they were packed. Absolutely we will be back!!!!

An excellent local spot to share a fine meal with friends when you seek to blend great conversation with great food. A few minutes reviewing the bill might be well spent as we had a couple of expensive errors (one corrected by staff) on ours. Highly recommended.
