Since we opened this camp 25 years ago, we have focused upon fresh foods for our guests. We know it is difficult to find good meals on the road, especially if you are vegan and vegetarian, and invite you to join us.You will smell the foods before you walk in, but will see entree's like baby back pork ribs, samosas, ribeye steaks, moussaka, vegan ramen and steamed saffron mussels through our open kitchen. We make easy to assemble fresh bag lunches for the trail, and specialty lunch items for indoor and outdoor dining. Beside items like American breakfast and breakfast burritos you will find signature items like our California breakfast too! All this from fresh, mainly regional sourced, sustainable and some organic healthy foodstuffs. We invite you to peek into some online reviews in advance. The dining room is a magnificent hall. The surrounding view is breathtaking, especially in the daylight for breakfast. Our servers were great. The hotel is in the midst of some construction, so the main kitchen has not reopened yet. Therefore all meals are buffet. That is why I gave the food 4 stars. For buffet food was good and plentiful, but I will come back another time to order off the menu for the 5 star food experience. The experience over all was worth it.

Steak was outstanding. Salmon was very good. Our waiter was fine but we felt very rushed. It also took a long time for our food to come out. However, when it did, it was very good. Rose, our waiter’s assistant, was very kind and friendly.

The food, the staff, the location…..all great! The calamari was fantastic. The ambience was warm and nice. The wait staff was on point and friendly. I recommend making reservations. We will definitely be back!
