Great food in a quaint pub with friendly staff that’s not overpriced. What more could you ask for.

Probably one of the few really professionally run Cafes in Benalla. The new decor, seating and inner-city vibe brings us back regularly. Staff are attentive but not intrusive, food is on point, contemporary and well prepared, coffee is Adelaide quality (my highest praise).

Four of us went to Munro & Sargent for lunch today. All four were very satisfied with the courteousness and timeliness of the wait staff. Meals arrived with only a short wait time. We all enjoyed our main meal and drinks and dessert 🍨. The bare wooden floors tend to echo noise a bit. The outlook over Lake Benalla is very pleasing.
