Mia Margherita’s coal-fired oven celebrates pizza in its original intention. Our pizza dough is made in house. Every pizza is hand stretched and tossed by our pizzaiolos in front of our guests. The intensity of the coal-fired heat allows us to produce a very light, beautifully crispy, Neapolitan-style pizza. Moisture is retained at the center of the pie, so it's slightly chewy, too, giving our customers the best of both worlds. Mia Margherita also serves a variety of classic Italian dishes.     I have never had a bad meal at The Guesthouse! The food is always so good and the staff are just the sweetest. I also love the variety of entertainment on the weekends. There is always something to look forward to. My family and I will be long time guests and continue to bring our friends and family to enjoy all that The Guesthouse has to offer.

    Our family had an incredible dining experience at 10 Prime Steakhouse at Snowshoe Resort. The steaks were perfectly cooked, the seafood was fresh, and the service was outstanding. The cozy, upscale atmosphere made for a special night with our two sons. Highly recommend for a fantastic family dinner!

    Wonderful setting/ ambience. Our waiter was excellent. Food was good, steak could have been a little more seasoned and hotter, everything was lukewarm warm.
