- BBradfordDenver / Colorado •1 review5.0Dined on Nov 17, 2024This meal was amazing and our server Christopher is excellent. The cocktails were delicious, the appetizers of queso and shrimp cocktail was excellent, (could have had a couple more shrimp on the plate but they were tasty) and the steaks and sides were truly remarkable. The Dry Aged New York with blue cheese crust was the best steak I have had in some time. The garlic clove on the plate is an excellent touch as well. Christopher was knowledgeable, fast and provided excellent suggestions. All around great service. We have mentioned at least 3 times what a great meal we had! - KKarenMontana •3 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 14, 2024What an outstanding meal we experienced tonight at Wild Caddis! The staff is focused on customer service and customer experience. The cocktails were perfectly prepared as well as exceptional in the taste of each one. Extensive wine list by the glass, half bottle, or 750ml (Wine Spectator Award Winning list). I don’t even know how to explain the exquisite food we enjoyed! Bison Bourguignon as a shared plate with crispy garlic and herb sourdough bread was a perfect blend of flavors. Salad… goodness Haricot Verts with Goat Cheese and Butternut Squash a crunch of delicious beans with tart goat cheese and sweet butternut, not only flavorful but beautifully served! Spinach Salad with Fig and Pancetta was hit the rest of our group. Bread… did I mention the sliced Sourdough and whipped butter?? Yummy! Entrees were varied around the table- Huckleberry Chicken - moist chicken with Huckleberry Sauce and Huckleberries; flash fried Kale.. light, a bit of crisp with salt that melted on the tongue; Scallops and Tenderloin Medallions, both exceptional in preparation and taste; Beef Tenderloin in Garlic Pan Sauce left you wanting more! Our desserts were definitely the highlight of the meal with two on menu items to share and an unexpected treat of three unique ice cream flavors… Black Sesame, Brie and Pecan; Balsamic, and Fruit Sorbet! Executive Chef, Nick has carefully crafted an outstanding menu. His talent shows in bite that his team executes perfectly. Definitely a dining experience to enjoy over and over! Well Done Chef!!More infoWild CaddisPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Big Sky•4.7

- TTamiSan Diego •11 reviews4.0Dined on Sep 23, 2024Our service was fantastic!! Izzy was polite, sweet, attentive and adorable. She checked in on us often, but not pushy The food had wonderful flavors and tasted great. My steak was great flavor with blue cheese baked on top. But it was not hot and overcooked. I asked for medium rare, but was barely pink. My mother in law enjoyed her trout tremendously. My husband enjoyed his elk medallions they were very tender. Unfortunately none of our meals was super hot. It was pretty pricey but expectedMore infoMcGill'sPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Big Sky•4.5
- JJeffvipPhoenix / Arizona •5 reviews4.0Dined on Sep 19, 2024The food and drinks were great. Although the restaurant is attached to a bowling alley, the sound from the bowlers was not disruptive. The only issue was the staffing. There was one server for the entire restaurant and bowling alley. Unfortunately she also had to serve as the bartender. For a Montage restaurant it was very disappointing. Not the server's fault, she was great -- just too much to do for one person.More infoBeartooth Pub & RecPrice: Expensive• American• Big Sky•4.3
