Behind an unmarked door adjacent to the wine room, guests are transported to District 1 (China Town) in Saigon via Blackhouse’s 28-seat restaurant-within-a-restaurant, LSXO. A spinoff of the Little Sister brand (Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach & Downtown Los Angeles), LSXO is love letter to the culture, heritage, and lineage of Vietnam (Vuong’s relatives hail from the region). While Little Sister is known for its French Vietnamese menu, LSXO follows the same Southeast Asian inspiration with a more refined feel. “There is no signage for LSXO—you can spot the entrance of it tucked into a section inside Bluegold, but you’ll have to know it’s there. While Bluegold is light, bright, and airy, LSXO is its darker, edgier little sister,” says Vuong. “Both restaurants operate out of the same kitchen, though the menus are completely different.     We visited Lorea for our anniversary and it was OUTSTANDING! The service was incredible, the food was delicious, and they went above and beyond to make our celebration a memorable one. I cannot recommend the restaurant enough. 10/10

    We’ve been to every other Duke’s aside from this one & now the chapter is complete. It did not disappoint! Hadn’t had brunch there before and I have to say, the pulled pork breakfast sandwich was really good. Tried a coconut beer which was surprisingly good. The manager (Becky - if I recall correctly) was really wonderful and sent over a Hula pie to commemorate our visit. One of the best desserts on our trip & most certainly will be a new tradition. Great views, good food, good service…always a family fave!

    Not sure why we waited so long to come here. By far, the best restaurant in Orange County. Everything was amazing. We had the dumplings, shaky beef, garlic noodles and bone marrow. Every dish was super delicious, including the desserts. Amazing cocktails, too!

    Jolie in Huntington Beach is an absolute gem! The view is stunning, especially during sunset—such a perfect backdrop for a relaxing evening. We were lucky to make it in time for happy hour, and the food did not disappoint—everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Our server was fantastic, taking the time to walk us through the menu and offer recommendations that turned out to be spot on. The combination of great service, delicious food, and breathtaking views makes Jolie a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back!

    One of my favorite spots in downtown HB. Met up with friends for Halloween dinner and drinks. 5 of 7 of us had never been before. All enjoyed their food and said they'd come back. Good service and friendly wait staff.
